EVAPORATORS WITH EXTERNAL HEATING SOURCE
Formeco evaporators allow to treat the waste stream separating water from contaminants. The technology is based on boiling the waste water exploiting an external source of hot water or steam; this water, once distilled, is replaced in the production line whereas the contaminant, now very concentrated, can be disposed at relatively low cost.
Characterized by a simple construction and easy to manage, they guarantee high daily production thanks to the excellent water / steam heat exchange coefficient.
A drastic reduction of energy consumption can be achieved with double-effect units (up to 50%) or triple effects units (up to 65%) together with a significant increase of the purity of the distillate.

HW-R / HS-R SERIES
EXTERNAL HEATING SOURCE
WITH INTERNAL BOILER SCRAPER

- Versatile systems for any type of wastewater and especially for encrusting liquids.
. - The scraper favours the heat exchange and the concentration of the residue avoiding the encrustations on the heating surface.
- Single-block systems with compact dimensions
- Available in versions heated by hot water (HW) or steam (HS)
- from 100 to 600 litres / hour
These models are often used as concentration units for bigger evaporation system.

HW-Cf SERIE / HS-Cf SERIES
EXTERNAL HEATING SOURCE
WITH FORCED CIRCULATION PUMP

- Continuous flushing of the wastewater in a high efficiency expansion chamber
- for significant hourly productions
- waste with density <1.25 kg / litre and concentrations <20% of suspended solids
- reduced sensitivity to foam formation
- Modular systems with excellent accessibility for maintenance
- Available in versions heated by hot water (HW) or steam (HS
- from 100 to 12.000 litres / hour
