Evaporators with mechanical recompression

Mechanical compression is a particularly efficient technique for recovering thermal energy in all processes involving the concentration and distillation of liquid solutions.
It involves increasing the enthalpy of the vapors generated by the evaporating product through compression induced by a compressor; these vapors are then used as a heating medium in the evaporation process itself.
With a relatively modest input of electrical energy (30 to 50 kWh per ton of evaporated water), a significant increase in hourly distillate productivity is achieved.

And regarding the Premium models:

  • Further efficiency gains through forced circulation of the falling vapor film.

  • Automatic washing, which effectively eliminates the need for manual cleaning and drastically reduces downtime.

These technologies ensure:

  • greater efficiency with significant cost savings.

  • Maximum energy efficiency and performance for the treatment of emulsions and coolants

  • Less space required while maintaining the same performance: more compact systems that can be more easily integrated into both new and existing facilities.
