The units of series DIstatic and DYnamic are distillers which allow to recycle degreasing and washing solvents in order to be re-used. Through a simple distillation process, they separate the contaminants (resins, polymers, pigments, paints, oils, etc.) from the original solvent.

The boiling of the solvent is accomplished by a peripheral heating jacket filled with diathermic oil, heated by electrical elements. The vapours are then convoyed to a condenser cooled by air or water.
Un microprocessore dedicato permette di settare due o più fasi di distillazione, consentendo oltre alla normale depurazione dai contaminanti, una buona separazione fra basso ed alto bollenti. Permette inoltre la programmazione di più cicli batch sequenziali, del carico automatico del solvente da trattare, così come lo scarico dei residui ed il rinvio del distillato ad un serbatoio di stoccaggio.
The characteristics of the treated solvent are not altered by the process, which can be repeated indefinitely.
The units can be equipped with a Vacuum Group, normally used for high boiling solvents or for flammable solvents with a boiling point close to their self-ignition point.
SERIES DISTATIC
For liquid contaminants, the process residues are discharged by a simple rotation of the plant. For solid contaminants, like paints, polymers, resins and glues, the practical “Rec-Bag” bag eliminates any problem of discharge and cleaning.
