The Industrial Series units are distillers designed to purify and reuse contaminated solvents from washing and degreasing operations. By utilizing the principle of simple distillation, they separate contaminants (resins, polymers, pigments, paints, oils, etc.) from the original solvent. The boiling of the solvent is accomplished by a peripheral heating jacket filled with diathermic oil, heated by electrical elements.

The vapours are then convoyed to a condenser cooled by air or water.

The condensed solvent is collected in a tank, for its reuse.

Il controllo a microprocessore studiato e realizzato da Formeco consente la produzione in continuo o a cicli batch sequenziali, il carico e lo scarico automatico. Consente inoltre l’utilizzo ottimale degli impianti indifferentemente dal tipo di prodotto in lavorazione. Il processo, che può essere suddiviso in più segmenti, sino ad un massimo di sei, consente l’adeguamento dei valori di erogazione contestualmente all’evolversi dei fenomeni fisici indotti.

In fase di processo l’impianto potrà così adeguarsi alle caratteristiche proprie del singolo prodotto o miscela ed in particolare al calore specifico, al calore latente di vaporizzazione, alla tensione di vapore ed al range della temperatura di distillazione.

Practically, this flexibility allows:

A grade of separation liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, and a concentration-drying of the waste, up to the maximum levels physically obtainable.
Corrective interventions pointed to the volume and the duration in case of anomalous origin of foam
Linearity and constancy of the differential of the temperature between the heater and the product in processing, also with thinners with a very large range of distillation temperature.
Possibility to securely treat solvents and thermolabile contaminants.

La molteplicità di impostazioni, consentendo di intervenire su tutti i fattori di rischio in gioco, rendono gli impianti Formeco idonei al trattamento di qualsiasi solvente compreso nella Classi di Temperatura T1 e T2, nonché su richiesta T3.

The wide range of settings, which allow for the management of all relevant risk factors, makes Formeco systems suitable for treating any solvent classified in Temperature Classes T1 and T2, as well as T3 upon request.

The over dimensioning of the geometric capacity with respect to the maximum load level allows a perfect separation between solvent and contaminants, reducing eventual entrainments. The characteristics of the treated solvent are not altered by the process, which can be repeated indefinitely.

The units can be equipped with a Vacuum Group, normally used for high boiling solvents or for flammable solvents with a boiling point close to their self-ignition point.
